All parcels are sent with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.

- Express: $15, 2 to 5 days
- Orders over $1,000: free express shipping
Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed.
International shipping
I ship to the USA, Canada, the UK and New Zealand. International orders cannot be placed through the online store at the moment, so please email kim@kimvictoriajewels.com and I will arrange shipping and payment with you.
International parcels are sent with Australia Post, DHL or FedEx from $30, and usually take around 14 days. Express options are available on request.
Customs duties, taxes and import charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. I cannot predict or influence these, so check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day or so to update.
Addresses
Please check your address carefully before ordering. If you are using a work address, include the company name and level, as couriers may return parcels that are not clearly addressed. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery costs $14 by registered post or $18 by express.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and I will investigate. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches you, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature, it is left at your own risk.
Returns
See the Refund Policy.
