My Engraving ;-)
I am happy to engrave in block letters free of charge. This will add no time to your order.
I understand that sizing can be difficult. If you are unsure of your size, please order a ring sizer to be mailed to you. Sizes are standardised so you are also able to be sized by any jeweller or please make an appointment to come into the studio.
It is not unusual for your hands to change size over your life.
In most cases, rings can be resized without too much difficulty. Where possible, resizing will incur a minimum charge of $20.
Ensure that you do not expose your jewellery to chemicals, perfumes or rough conditions as these can damage stones and metal.
Please email me with any questions or to have your piece polished and checked. I can offer a full cleaning service for a small fee.
The sterling silver alloy will naturally blacken over time with exposure to air. This can be removed by cleaning with your included polishing cloth or silver foam. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.
18ct yellow and white gold is quite stable in its colour and should only require a polish once in a while. Lower carat golds (9ct,14ct) are alloyed with materials that can oxidise in a similar manner to silver. This can be removed by cleaning with your included polishing cloth or silver foam. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.
It is important to understand that gem stones can be fragile. Even diamonds, sapphires and rubies can be chipped and fractured if they are impacted. Please remove your jewellery if there is a risk of this occurring. It is wise to check all settings regularly as metal wears over time and pieces will need to have their settings tightened or replaced.
